A Welsh Food manufacturer approached us to re-design their flagging brand identity and ‘tidy up’ their marketing delivery and realise and identify new opportunities for growth.

The advisory report identified;

  • Lack of sales force drive.
  • Lack of sales tools to empower the sales force.

And….yes the branding was tired and did not convey the premium quality of the product.

We devised a full marketing plan that resulted in the delivery of new branding and opening up of new sales opportunities and an immediate up turn in sales and profitability.

Hotel refurbishment

Conducted a marketing audit and marketing opportunities report to help steer a full business plan and attract grant funding.

The advisory report identified;
  • Substantial gaps in the current marketing delivery and a considerable waste of money on inadequate activity and produced a timed action plan to redress the balance and identified many missed opportunities.
  • The need to conduct market research into the opportunities through national and regional trends while identifying marketing fit within the tourism industry.

The resulting report put the marketing into context and laid the foundation for a full marketing plan.

The marketing plan identified new concepts for packaging the rooms and the restaurant offering, an innovative web campaign to increase on line enquiries at a very cost effective result.

Marketing training was identified to empower the staff to take up some of the marketing drive within their duties. Partners were identified to help to deliver the experience in a cluster marketing drive bringing on board local golf clubs, fishing lakes and complimentary ‘pamper services’.

An integrated communication plan was included to deliver the vision with a timed and budgeted action plan and targeted opportunities in PR, brochures and information pack with a direct mail database campaign to encourage repeat visits, these off line methods were used to drive enquiries through the web site which in turn captured more customer data for follow up marketing drives.

A full business plan was eventually conducted in association with the clients team of accountants.
